• Built-in ad and tracker blocking

  Ads, trackers and cookie banners are blocked out of the box, incognito too. No extension needed.

  • Uses EasyList, EasyPrivacy and uBlock filters, kept up to date daily
  • Let a site show ads with a right-click on the page
  • Cookie banners are answered with Reject, or hidden when they don't offer it

• Peek at links

  Long-press or Alt-click a link to see it over the page, without leaving where you are.

  • Keep it as a tab or open it in split view, without reloading
  • Press Esc or click outside it to close it
  • Right-click any link for Peek link

  Take a screenshot of an area, what you see or the whole page, straight from the titlebar.

  • Drag over an area with ⌘⇧2, and it scrolls as you go
  • Copied at once, with Save and Show in the Dynamic Island
  • Show a page's QR code, clear its data, or hard reload with ⌘⇧R

• Media controls in the command center

  Hover a tab playing music or video to play, pause or skip through it without opening it.

  • Mute a tab from its card, or with ⌘⇧M
  • Play or pause with ⌘⇧K

• Smarter memory use

  When your computer runs low on memory, the tabs you haven't used in a while go to sleep.

  • A heavy background tab gets an alert to put it to sleep
  • Right-click a tab to see how much memory it uses

• Energy saver

  On battery, 1zero puts tabs you're not using to sleep sooner and pauses ones out of sight.

  • Turn it on when unplugged, when the battery runs low, or always
  • Background preloading and animations pause while it's on
  • Switch it off for now from the titlebar, or with ⌘⌥E

Gmail sign-in codes in the Dynamic Island, plus a new look for extension popups.

  • Press the code to copy it, or have each one copied as it comes

  Extension popups in the tab dialog open in a frame over your tabs, never off the screen.
